multiplying eq1 by 3 on both sides we get

12T + 9C = 6750.............................................eq3

multiplying eq2 by 4 on both sides we get

12T + 16C = 7800..............................................eq4

SOlving eq3 and eq4 by elimination method, we get

C = 150 and T = 450

Now, 2C + 1T = 2*150 +  450
