Let the water in tanker be x and water in another tanker be 2x.

It is given that when 100 liters of water is is drawn from 1st tanker and added to 2nd tanker then the amount of water becomes same. So, ATQ

2x-100 = x +100

→ 2x-x = 100+100

→ x= 200 liters

now water in 1st tanker= 2 x

= 2*×200

=400 liters

hence water in 1 st tank = 400 liters and water in 2nd tank =200 liters

Hope you understood it
