As we know,

1kg = 1000g

1m = 100cm

Multiply the given value with 1000 and divide it by (100)^3

 \dfrac{600 \times 1000}{100 \times 100 \times 100}

Cut the zeros.

 \dfrac{6}{10}

 = 0.6 {gcm}^{ - 3}
