Answer:

base is 52and height is 13.

Step-by-step explanation:

4)let the base be y.

so, height is y/4.

area of parallelogram is base×height.

676=y×y/4

676=ysquare/4

676×4=y square

y=52

base is 52 cm.

and height is 52/4 =13 cm.

5) let one diagonal be y.

than,other diagonal is y/2.

area of rhombus is 1/2 ×diagonal1×diagonal2

576=1/2×y×y/2

576=y square/4

576×4 =y square

48 = y

length of diagonals is 48 cm and 24 cm.

sorry don't know the answer of 6 th one but these are the answer of 4 th and 5th questions.

Hope it will help you.

Question :

The height of the parallelogram is one fourth of its base. If the area of the parallelogram

is 676 sq. cm, find the height and the base.

Answer :

52 cm and 13 cm

Explanation :

Let the Base be "b" cm

Area = b x h

b x 1/4b = 676

b x b = 676 x 4

b x b = 13 x 13 x 4 x 4

b = 13 x 4 = 52

so , Base = 52

Height = 52/4 = 13
