None of   the given option

Step-by-step explanation:

A ( 1, -4)

Let say B is (Bx , By)   & C is (Cx , Cy)

Mid point of AB  = (2 , -1)

2 = (1 + Bx)/2   &   - 1= (-4 + By)/2

=> Bx = 3    &  By   = 2

B = (3 , 2)

Mid point of AC  = (0 , -12)

0 = (1 + Cx)/2   &   - 12= (-4 + Cy)/2

=> Cx = -1    &  Cy   = -20

C = ( - 1 , - 20)

Mid point of BC   = (3 - 1)/2  , ( 2 - 20)/2

= 1  , -9

None of   the given option
