Perimeter= 2×(L+B)

100= 2×(35+B)

100/2=35+B

50=35+B

B= 50-35

B =15

Area= L×B

=35×15

=525

Let the Length be l and Breadth be b of the Rectangle.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀

\underline{\bigstar\:\textsf{Perimeter of Rectangle :}}

\dashrightarrow\sf Perimeter = 2(Length + Breadth)\\\\\\\dashrightarrow\sf 2(Length + Breadth) = 100\\\\\\\dashrightarrow\sf  2(35 + b) = 100\\\\\\\dashrightarrow\sf 35 + b = \cancel\dfrac{100}{2}\\\\\\\dashrightarrow\sf 35 + b = 50\\\\\\\dashrightarrow\sf b = 50 - 35\\\\\\\dashrightarrow{\pmb{\sf{b = 15\;cm}}}\\

\rule{250px}{.2ex}

\underline{\bigstar\:\textsf{Area of Rectangle :}}

:\implies\sf Area = Length \times Breadth \\\\\\:\implies\sf Area = 35 \times 15 \\\\\\:\implies{\pmb{\sf{Area = 525\;cm^2}}}

⠀⠀

\therefore\:\underline{\sf{Breadth \:  and \: Area  \: is \:{\pmb{\sf{15 \: cm}}} \:\sf{and}\:{\pmb{\sf{525 \: cm^2}}}\:respectively.}}
