(16x3 + 14x2 - 9x + 15)-{(7x3 + 3x2 - 2x + 3)+(4x3 + x2 - 5x + 7)}

= (48+28-9x+15)-{(21+6-2x+3)+(12+2x-5x+7)}

= (91-9x)-{(30-2x)+(19-3x)}

= (91-9x)-(49-5x)

= 42-4x
