we know that area of circle is pi×r²

and circumference of circle is 2×pi×r

so ratio is

pi×r²/2×pi×r

The ratio of circumference and area of a circle is 2:

 \frac{area \: of \: circle}{circumference}  =  \frac{ {\pi}r^{2} }{2\pi \: r}

= r/2

= r: 2
