x + 15 y

According to the question,

x + 10 y = 105 -------(1)

x + 15 y = 155 --------(2),

5 y = 50

⇒ y = 10,

From Equation (1),

We get, x = 5

Hence, the charges for 25 km = x + 25 y = 5 + 25 × 10 = 5 + 250 = 255 rupees.
