total population = 9000

No of women = 3000

No of men = (9000-3000)

=6000

5 % of women of 3000= (5÷100)×3000

= 150

7.5% of men of 3000=(7.5÷100)×6000

=450

increased women = 3000+150

= 3150

increased men = 6000+450=6450

total population afterwards =3150+6450=9600
