After he walked on the path for some distance, he realized that both the paths had been worm out the same way. Both the paths were similar and worn out.

b. He left the one which was a popular choice. He decided to take the 'other' road which was less frequented and travelled by the people. The 'other' road had a better claim as it was grassy. It invited the people to walk on it.

c. The two roads symbolize the choices that one has to make in life. It is very important to make the right choice because we can never retrace our path and go back. One road would lead on to another and there is no coming back.
