Cloth required to stitch one shirt = 2m 15cm

2\times100\ +152×100 +15 = 215 cm

Total cloth available = 40m = 4000cm

No. of shirts that can be stitched = 4000\div215\ =\ 184000÷215 = 18

Therefore,

18 shirts can be stitched from 40m cloth and 130cm cloth will be left.
