n2=6

n1=2

therefore no. = summation ( 6-2 )

                      = 4+3+2+1

now we start assigning series to the numbers . we start from the series to which n1 corresponds , which in this case is balmer .

So , in 4+3+2+1    ,     4 : balmer

                                  3 : paschen

                                  2 : bracket

                                  1 : pfund

if n1 was 1 , we would have started from lymann ....

therefore in this question , since there is no line corresponding to UV series , ans =0
