Ans4: The data converted into text cannot be used for calculations. If needed, we should keep the original data in a hidden format and use it for other formulas.

Ans5: Select forms from the data base pane, and click the name of the form in the forms pane in the bottom middle of the editing window to open the form... to delete the current record, click the delete button in the forms control toolbar.
