Answer:

.

Explanation:

Decomposers and scavengers break down dead plants and animals. They also break down the waste (poop) of other organisms. Decomposers are very important for any ecosystem. If they weren't in the ecosystem, the plants would not get essential nutrients, and dead matter and waste would pile up.

Many interconnected food chains make up a food web. ... This is where a food web comes into place. It shows the interactions between different organisms in an ecosystem. The following diagram shows the energy flow between various organisms through a food web.

Answer:

decomposers:

are microscopic organisms that feed on dead organisms and decaying organic matter. For example : saprophytic bacteria.

They are important because they break down the complex organic compounds into simpler substances. They are useful in releasing nutrients from the dead, decaying organisms back into the environment. Thus, they help in recycling of nutrients.

Food chain

A series if organisms that are linked together through a process of eating and being eaten form a food chain.

For example: in a typical food chain, the plants(producers) are eaten by a rabbit (primary consumer), which in turn is eaten by an eagle (tertiary consumer). when an eagle dies, it's body is decomposed by decomposers.
