- SURFACE WAVE
- Surface wave are typically generated when the source of earth quake is close to the earth's surface. As their name suggested , surface wave travel just below the surface of ground. Although they move slowly than S- wave , theycan be much larger then amplitude and other destructive type of siesmic waves.
