Sexual reproduction is basically the function of forming the zygote which is formed after the fertilization of gamates. Gamates are of 2 different parents. Variations arise in  sexual reproduction which is due to crossing over that takes place in meiosis .

The testicles are the male gonads — the primary male reproductive organs. They have two, very important functions that are very important to the male reproductive system: they produce gametes, or sperm, and they secrete hormones, primarily testosterone
