4) advantages of using manures are:

(i) they have all the nutrients which soil requires.

(ii) doesn't cause acid rain.

(iii) doesn't have any chemicles / it is made with natural substances like cow dung, leaves, wood,etc..

5) (a) The electric wires are made of copper because correct are the best conductor of electricity.

(b) Gold and silver are used for making jewellery because gold and silver are metals, have luster, and doesn't react with air.

6) No, we cannot store lemon pickle in an aluminium container because lemon and also it's pickle has some juices which reacts with aluminium.necause of this we cannot store lemon pickle in an aluminium container.

7) (a) because of which strings in guitar have to be of metals as metal trains have taken the foundation of strength for the electric guitar and bass.

(b) nonnon metal reacts with oxygen when exposed to air. phosphorus is a non metals when it is exposed in air, it releases hydrogen and salt.
