A negative growth country should increase the birth rates in order to increase the population of the younger age groups to become more stable.


Negative or Declining Growth Population countries is chiefly found in developed countries.  


These developed countries have stable governments, good health care along with long life expectancy and.  


The birth rates in these countries are lower than needed to replace the population.
