The examples of uniform motion are movements of hands of a clock, rotation and revolution of the earth, etc. The type of motion in which the object travels with a varied speed is called Non-Uniform Motion. This means that the object does not cover the equal distance in equal time intervals.

If the object Traveles a particular distance with a same period of time then it is uniform motion.

If the object Traveles a particular distance but with different period of time then it is non-uniform motion.
