1) The selection for any institution should be done on the basis of merit and reservation should be discouraged .

2)The infrastructure of the government and educational institutions should be improved.

3) The health department should be provided wid more facilities.

4) People should be made aware about their rights and the benefit of education.

5) Government should take some initiatives to provide employment to the less educated people and people from backward rural areas in appropriate fields. .
