Mr Herriot hospitalised Tricki for a fortnight and kept him on strict diet. By giving him a lot of water he was able to make Tricki active and energetic once again. Thus, he was able to save him from any kind of surgery or medicinal treatment.

Dr. herriot took reiki away from Mrs pumphreys home because if he will stay there then will never to able to recover he used to get many luxurious things
but when he took tricki from that time he started exercise of tricki ,. giving more water less food , no cusion , no extra food which was given by Mrs pumphrey and overall he had to play and live like a normal life of dog
