If you just check all these options they all satisfy the right hand thumb rule. But the fifth diagram or option (D) does not.
i.e Just point the thumb of your right hand along the z-axis and then curl your fingers inwards. That must be from x-axis to y-axis which means x cross y gives z. It cannot be y cross x. That totally gives another direction.
The fifth diagram is a left handed coordinate system by the way. This is the system which satisfies the same concept but this time just for the left thumb is pointing towards the z-axis.
