Sadashivrao Peshwa (3 August 1730 – 14 January 1761) was son of Chimaji Appa (younger brother of Bajirao I) and Rakhmabai (Pethe family) and the nephew of Bajirao Peshwa. He served as the Sardar Senapati (Commander-in-Chief) of the Maratha army at the third battle of Panipat.
