5] a) Fundamental Rights protect the liberties and freedom of the citizens against any invasion by the state, prevent the establishment of the authoritarian and dictatorial rule in the country. They are very essential for the all-round development of the individuals and the country.

b) To promote and support productive activity and social development in the district and remove any obstacles to initiative and development. To initiate programmes for the development of basic infrastructure and provide municipal works and services in the district

c) Empathy heals. Another important lesson that I learned from my dear friend is that when we are able to show empathy for others, they feel accepted and understood.
