1. Air, water and land are natural resources i.e they are provided to us by nature. Land resources are considered to be a natural resource of utmost importance because they support natural vegetation, wildlife, human life, economic activities etc. Air is important for all the living organisms.
2. The characteristics of herbs are: They are small plants with a soft and delicate stem. They have a green, tender, soft and delicate stem. They have a short lifespan, which can live only for one or two seasons.
3. Disaster Management can be defined as the organization and management of resources and responsibilities for dealing with all humanitarian aspects of emergencies, in particular preparedness, response and recovery in order to lessen the impact of disasters.
4. The animal kingdoms is useful to us in various ways. Milk and Flesh Yielding Animals- These are the animals from which we obtain food products. They include cattle, goat, poultry, pig, sheep, etc. Draught Animals- These are the animals used for transportation, ploughing of fields, and other agricultural activities.
