because it gives improper measurement answer the hand span, cubit, arm length and foot step size of a adult person and a child will be different and the sizes may vary of different person so it will lead to a lot confusion that's now these are replaced by standard form of units those are metre, gram and litre. metre for length gram fir weight and litre for the measurement of liquid is been use now
