Answer:-Our country is facing food problem because the current global food crisis has emerged from the recent unprecedented increases in the price of food, especially of staples, coupled with shortages and diminishing food stocks, which have reduced access to food for many people (particularly the poor) in a large number of developing countries.

It can be solved by following ways:-

1. Food Production Enhancement by:

(a) Promotion of intensive agriculture.

(b) Providing more irrigation facilities.

(c) Applying latest technique in the field of agriculture.

(d) Use of eco-friendly insecticides, pesticides and weedicides.

(e) More use of soil conservation practices.
