4 \sqrt{x}  +  \frac{1}{4}  \sqrt{x}  +   \frac{1}{ \frac{1}{4} }  \sqrt{x}  +  \frac{1}{ \frac{1}{ \frac{1}{4} } }  \sqrt{x}  = 5 \\ 4 \sqrt{x}   +  \frac{1}{4} \sqrt{x}   + 4 \sqrt{x}  + 4 \sqrt{x}  = 5 \\ 12 \sqrt{x}  +  \frac{1}{4}  \sqrt{x }  = 5 \\  \frac{48 \sqrt{x}  +  \sqrt{x} }{4}  = 5 \\ 49 \sqrt{x}  = 5 \times 4 \\ 49 \sqrt{x}  = 20 \\  \sqrt{x}  =  \frac{20}{49}

both side square

  {( \sqrt{x} )}^{2}  =   { (\frac{20}{49} )}^{2}  \\ x =  \frac{400}{2401}
