4 (x+3)_2 (x_1)=3x+3

4x+12-2x-2=3x+3
2x+10=3x+3
3x-2x=10-3
x=7

Expand it ,

4x + 12 - (2x -2) = 3x + 3

=> 4x+12 - 2x + 2 = 3x + 3
=>2x + 10 = 3x + 3,
=> 7 = X ,
