Solution:-

⇒4/x+3y=8 ------ (1)

⇒6/x-4y=-5

⇒-4y=(-5-6)/4x

⇒y= (5x+6)/4x-------(2)

now,substituting value of y in equation (1)

⇒4/x+3(5x+6)/4x=8

⇒(16+15x+18)/4x =8

⇒34+15x=32x

⇒34=17x

⇒x=2

now,substituting value of x in equation (2)

⇒y= (5x+6)/4x

⇒y= (10+6/8)

⇒ y= 16/8

⇒y= 2

therefore, x=y=2
