ACTUALLY, IT'S AN INEQUALITY QUESTION

-4 ( x - 5 / 2 ) + 3 >= 2

-4x + 4 *5 /2 + 3 >= 2

-4x + 10 +3 >= 2

-4x + 13 >= 2

Subtracting 2 on both sides,

-4x + 13 - 2 >= 2 - 2

-4x + 11 >= 0

Subtracting 11 on both sides,

-4x +11 - 11 > = 0 - 11

-4x >= - 11

Divding by 4 on both sides,

-4x /4 >= - 11 /4

x >= 11 /4.
