Answer:

If it is 4x+5y=7 and 3x+4y=5 then

Given,

4x+5y=7

3x+4y=5

# 3(4x+5y=7)

4(3x+4y=5)

_________

12x+15y=21

12x+16y=20

_________

-y=-1

y=1

#By substituting y=1 in equation 2 we get

=3x+4y=5

=3x+4(1)=5

=3x+4=5

=3x=5-4

=3x=1

=x=1/3

x=1/3

Hope it helps you.
