{\huge{\red{\bold{HOLA!!!}}}}

4(x-y)²-(x+y)²

[using identities (a-b)²=a²+b²-2ab

(a+b)²= a²+b²+2ab]

4(x²+y²-2xy)-(x²+y²+2xy)

4x²+4y²-8xy-x²-y²-2xy

4x²-x²+4y²-y²-8xy-2xy

3x²+3y²-10xy

3(x²+y²)-10xy
