Dear Sir,

      Hope this letter finds you well. I am writing this letter to expressing my deep concerns about non-obedience of people of country. We often hear the government appealing to people to avoid the fire crackers on Diwali, colours and overuse of water on Holi, use of polythene bags etc. It is well realized that using all these things have an adverse effects on environment still their use could not have been stopped.

People do not pay any attention to the appeals of government because they are not well aware of the consequences of their doings. Illiteracy is the main thing which is responsible for this negligence. The government must have to organize seminars and programs to make people aware of the adverse consequences of using such things.
