=1/30 moles

Al+HCl gives rise to AlCl3+H2

the balanced reaction is

2Al+6HCl gives rise to 2AlCl3+3H2

2 moles of al are moles  needed for 3 moles of h2

so 1/20 moles of h2 are required for 1/30 moles of al.

1/20*22.4=1.12
