a) Unlike stars, planets don't twinkle. Stars are so distant that they appear as pinpoints of light in the night sky, even when viewed through a telescope. Because all the light is coming from a single point, its path is highly susceptible to atmospheric interference (i.e. their light is easily diffracted).
b) Short-sightedness, or myopia, is a very common eye condition that causes distant objects to appear blurred, while close objects can be seen clearly. It's thought to affect up to 1 in 3 people in the UK and is becoming more common.

a.)ACCRODING TO The scientist or ASTRONOMY The stars have gases present in them ,so it causes Explosion in them .and the planets do not have such thing . so , stars appear to twinkle but planets do not appear to twinkle.
