Solution:

Fresh peas have a 35% quantity of water,

Then the quantity of peas pulp = 65%

The quantity of pulp from 50 kg of fresh peas

= 65% of 50 kg

= (65/100) × 50

= 32.50 kg  

Let 'x' kg be the quantity of dried peas dry peas containing 5% water
then the quantity of pulp in dried peas = 95%

=> 95% of x = 32.50 kg

=> (95/100) x = 32.50  

=> x = (32.50) (100)/95

=> x = 34.21 kg (apporx)

Therefore,
