Let the total number of women be 100x.

According to question,

Number of women less than or equal to 50 years of age $=80x$

Hence number of women who are above 50 years of age=$100x-80x=20x$

Number of women who play basketball $=20 x$

Percentage of women above the age of 50 years$= 30\%$

Hence , number of women above the age of 50 years $=30\% \ of \ 20=6$

Hence number of women who plays basketball and below the age of 50 years $=(20-6)=14$

So, percentage of women below 50 years and plays basketball   $=\frac{14}{20}\times100=70\%$.

Hence, the required percentage is 70%.
