c.v = s.d/mean

c.v = (15.6/22.6)×100

c.v = 69

s.d = 15.6/d

mean = 22.6/d

now we take d=2.

s.d = 7.8

mean = 11.3

c.v = (7.8/11.3)×100

c.v = 69.
