MOUTH - the two main functions of the mouth are eating and speaking.

ESOPHAGUS - The function of the esophagus is to transport material from the mouth to the stomach.

ABOMASUM - The abomasum produces hydrochloric acid and digestive enzymes such as pepsin (breaks down proteins).

RETICULUM - The main function of the reticulum is to collect smaller digesta particles and move them into the omasum.
