400 ml of a gas at 227 degree Celsius is be reduced to a volume of 300ml. By what degree Celsius must the temperature be altered, keeping pressure constant.

temperature,t1=227°C=227+273K=500K
final volume,v2=300ml
as per Charles law,
v1/t1=v2/t2
=>400/500=300/t2
=>500×300/400=t2
=>t2=375K
