\huge{\textbf{\underline{Answer:-}}}

Let the speed of goods train = x

then, distance covered in 6 hours = 6x

Distance covered by Passenger train in 4 hrs

= 80 x 4

\large{\tt{\boxed{= 320 km}}}

The passenger train running at a speed of 80 km/h overtake it in 4 hours.

Which means it covers the same distance that is covered by the goods train in 6 hours.

so,

6x = 320

x = 320 / 6

\large{\tt{\boxed{x = 53.33 km/h}}}
