answer is 2:4:3

find area of the triangle and use formula- 2*area/s

where a is side of the triangle and

s= a+a+a/2

similarly for outer circle diameter,-

a^3/2*area

this implies

a ^{3}   \times 2 \div \sqrt{3} a {}^{2}

ratio-

a/sqrt3 : 2*a/sqrt3 : a*sqrt3/2

2:4:3
