Let, the side of new cube = a cm.

Given that : Three cubes of iron whose edges are 6 cm, 8 cm and 10 cm respectively.

As we know that : Volume of cube = a³  

Now, according to the question :

\sf{6)^{3}+(8)^{3}+(10)^{3}=(a)^{3}}

\sf{\implies a^{3} = 216+512+1000}

\sf{\implies a^{3} = 1728}

\sf{\implies a = 12\;cm}

\boxed{\sf{So,\;the\;edge\;of\;new\;cube\;will\;be\;12\;cm}}
