42. A, B and C run on a circular path of 12 km length at 3 km/hr, 5 km/hr
and 13 km/hr speeds respectively. If all of them start in the same direction
from the same point at the same time, after how many hours will all of them

Step-by-step explanation:

Time taken by A=312 hours =4 hours.

Time taken by B=712 hours

Time taken by C=1312 hours

∴A,B,C will meet again after an interval.

= L.C.M. of (14,712and1312) hours

=H.C.F. of (7,13)L.C.M. of (4,12,12)=112 hours

=12 hrs

hope this helps
