Suppose C.P of 1 kg = Rs 100

So S.P of 1 kg (to earn 25% proft )= Rs 100 +25% of Rs 100= Rs 125

So for earning 25% profit:

For Rs 125, goods he can sell =1kg

For Rs 100 , goods he can sell = 100/125 Kg = 4/5 kg= 800gm...

...

The dishonest dealers uses a 800 g weight in place of 1kg.
