(C) N-acetyl sulphanilyl chloride with 2-amino pyridine

(D) N-acetyl sulphanilyl chloride with 2-amino pyrimidine​

Solution:

4-methyl-2-aminopyrimidine is reacted with 4-acetylaminobenzenesulphonyl chloride to make an acetanilide derivative. Then it is hydrolysed to form  sulphamerazine.
