420 articles are divided among A, B, and C such that A gets three times B and B get five times C. Find the number of articles received by B.
Please explain.

Given 420 articles are divide among A, B, C

then according to question

let C = x

then, B = 5x

and A = 15x

then, x + 5x + 15x = 420

21x = 420

x = 20

then B received = 100
