let one side be x and other side be 90+x

so,

perimeter=2(l+b)

420= 2(x+90+x)

420= 2(2x + 90)

420 = 4x + 180

420-180 = 4x

240 = 4x

x = 240/4

x = 60

dimensions:- x=60

90+x = 90+60 = 150
